1. September 22nd 1940 flown to Brest for Seenotstaffel 1. November 14th/15th 1940 flown from Schellingwoude to Bad Zwischenahn to Norderney. January 28th 1941 frozen in near Travemünde. May 16th 1942 transferred to Seenotstaffel 6 at Syracuse. May 24th 1942 rescued the three crew members of an English Bristol Beaufort. June 26th 1942 rescued a Messerschmitt Me-109 pilot. August 14th 1942 rescued two Italian pilots. August 15th 1942 rescued four English pilots and got damaged in an aerial battle with an English Hawker Hurricane. September 21st 1942 damaged in an aerial battle when on route between Syracuse and Marsala. November 13th 1942 shot down south of Sicily by allied fire, ironically with several rescued British pilots on board. |
