January 1940 transferred to GVT 4. December 10th 1941 transferred to GVT 3 and stationed at Sambo. December 12th 1941 flown from Singapore Island to Tandjong Pinang. December 17th 1941 sunk a Japanese schooner near the Tambelan Islands. December 23rd 1941 had an aerial battle with some Japanese fighters. December 31st 1941 transferred to Morokrembangan for maintanance. January 30th 1942 transferred to GVT 7 and stationed at Lake Grati for special operations over the Savoe Sea. March 2nd 1942 evacuated to Australia. March 3rd 1942 arrived at Broome in Australia, that same day destroyed during a Japanese airattack on Broome.
