Events July 1943 put into service with Seenotstaffel 6 in the Egean Sea as KO+KD.
August 13th 1943 in service with Seenotstaffel 7 got damaged during a landing near the island Seriphos. The crew were unhurt.
October 19th 1943 was on a rescue mission to pick up survivors of the freighter Sinfra (that was carrying supplies for the Lutwaffe), which sank in Quadrant 3629/23E, 30 km north of Chanea on Crete. During the rescue the aircraft is shot in flames by Beaufighters from 603 squadron. The crew, among them 2 wounded (Obergefreiter Heinrich Seilkopf and Unteroffizier Mathias Schneider), were picked up by Fl.B.435 and the Do-24 was put on tow. Due to the extended damage the aircraft sinks before any harbour could be reached. (this report comes from Seenotstaffel 7, the Do-24 book has another time and place:)
October 28th 1943 got damaged during a landing in Quadrant 4875/23E, the aircraft was then beached on the island Serifos. That same day the aircraft was shot to flames during a rescue mission of Fl.B-435 near Chania.
