This is a technical drawing showing the principle of the Tragflugelabsauganlage
(wingsucksionsystem) for the Do-24 that was designed by Luftschiffbau
Zeppelin-Friedrichshafen and reported on October 15th 1944. It
was an installation that sucked air in and pushed air out to improve
lift. There was one set of wings fitted to a Do-24T
during the final stages of the war and it is reported that the
plane even flew under the designation Do-318.
